Project Description

Through a rigorous RFQ process, VMG was selected and originally hired by Fineline Development to manage the planned future interior renovation of the Sundance West Apartments. Over time, VMG was also engaged to manage the exterior envelope replacement, core/shell renovation and support the planned redevelopment of the entire mixed-use block including, Etta’s Place, Theatre space, and 1st Floor Retail space. The interior fit-out of apartments has been placed on hold but the exterior envelope replacement, core/shell renovation has been completed.
