Project Description

The scope of work included a new 23,000 sf church building with choir loft, pipe organ, parish hall, classrooms, nursery, offices, and workroom. The project and the new 40 acre site replaced their previous facility in which they had outgrown both in seating and parking. VMG provided project management services to manage entitlements, design, bidding, permitting, franchise utility coordination, CMAR on-boarding, schedule and budget management, furniture coordination, fixtures and equipment (FF & E) coordination, and Low Voltage/IT coordination. Due to budget constraints VMG did not provide construction management services as they were self-performed by the Diocese.
