Project Description

Simpli.fi is a leader in programmatic advertising and agency management software company. Simpli.fi reached out to VMG for project management support to help manage their HQ relocation process from their existing office on the western edge of downtown Fort Worth into a new mixed-use development (Mule Alley). The renovation of the 100-year-old Mule Barns on the National Historical Register was a part of the overall mixed use development construction underway on the entire site that included all new horizontal utility infrastructure, including roadways.

 

VMG was hired for design management, construction management, owner FF & E installation coordination and Low Voltage/Technology installation coordination.
