Randy provides leadership and direction for project team members from project concept to close-out. His responsibilities include regular client interface and management of all consultants, contractors, project schedules, budgets and meetings. Activities include design meetings, construction progress meetings, city reviews, meeting with department leads, and project documentation. Communicate, collaborate and coordinate with the project team. Randy's experience as a project estimator and senior project manager for a construction company brings a unique skillset to our client's needs. Additionally, he has worked on a variety of project types and delivery methods including interiors, large data centers, and K-12 bond programs.
