Project Description

The scope of work included the remodel and construction of the Front Entry/Reception, Restrooms and Corridors, Outdoor Learning Areas, Remodel of the existing Traffic Circle/Student Drop-off, Demolition of the existing Weight Room, New temporary structure for the relocated Weight Room, New Gymnasium with a connector to the new IDEA (Integrated Design Engineering Arts) Building, Robotics Lab, New Weight Room/Locker/Concessions Building and new Natatorium.

 

VMG provided project management services to manage the design, bidding, permitting, entitlements, franchise utility coordination, construction management, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF & E), and Low Voltage/IT.
