Jon Vidaurri is a Managing Partner of Vidaurri Management Group which he founded in October 2016 after working with the world’s 2nd largest Commercial Real Estate and Project Management Firm as an Owner’s Representative for the previous 18 years. Jon has been responsible for managing the design and construction of K-12, Multi-family, Higher Education, Corporate Office, Healthcare, United States DOD, DHS, and Intelligence Facilities, Military and Commercial Aviation, Banking, Industrial, Manufacturing and Class A Corporate Interior finish projects in excess of $2B. He is responsible for ensuring his client’s interests are represented throughout the delivery process. This includes budget and schedule development, due diligence, design team selection and management, review of design and construction documents, construction bidding and negotiation, construction management, and monitoring of all project costs.
