Dean provides strategic support to project teams in areas of budget and document management. His responsibilities include regular client interface and management of all consultants, contractors, project schedules, detailed construction documents, budgets and meetings. Dean's activities include owner meetings, design meetings, construction progress meetings, city reviews, meeting with department leads, and project and budget documentation. He consistently communicates, collaborates and coordinates with the project team to complete action items and tasks. Dean's past RN experience brings a unique insight and understanding to healthcare projects.
